My name is Clarissa P. Valaeys.
My name is Clarissa P. Valaeys.
I draw my inspiration from nature, tropical plants more precisely. They help me reconnect with my roots, Brazil.
The dials were meticulously painted in gouache, with the help of a magnifying glass lamp and a varnish finish on top.
For the watch I’ve created a texture using palm trees in different tints of green and blue. A bit of a bold statement when used as a watch dial.
This was my first experience creating watch dials and hopefully won’t be the last. I had a blast!

The watch has a diameter of 42mm for the men's model and 36mm for the women's model with a height of 12mm. The straps have a width of 22mm for the men's model and 18mm for the women's model.
